  1. Getting Started with Your PRIME VISION 360 Device

    Step 1: Power It Up

    1. Take the power adapter included with your device.

    2. Plug one end into the device and the other end into a power outlet.

    3. Ensure the device is powered on and ready for setup.

    Step 2: Connect to Your TV or Monitor

    1. Use the HDMI cable provided in the box.

    2. Connect one end to your PRIME VISION 360 device and the other end to an available HDMI port on your TV or monitor.

    Step 3: Activate the Remote

    1. Open the battery compartment on the remote control.

    2. Insert two AAA batteries (ensure they are properly aligned with the correct polarity).

    3. The remote will power on, allowing you to control your device.

    Step 4: Begin the Setup Process

    1. Once everything is connected and powered, your device will display the home screen.

    2. Follow the on-screen instructions to proceed with the initial setup.

Connecting Your PRIME VISION 360 Device to the Internet

You have two main options for connecting to the internet:

  1. Ethernet (Wired Connection):For the most reliable connection, use an Ethernet cable to directly link your device to your router. This method doesn’t require a Wi-Fi password and typically provides a stronger, more stable connection.

  2. Wireless (Wi-Fi Connection):If you prefer using Wi-Fi, select your network from the list and enter your Wi-Fi password. For the best performance, ensure your router is within 15-20 feet of the device for a strong signal.

Pro Tip: If you haven’t reset your router in the last 30 days, now is a great time to do so. A quick reset can help improve your connection before you get started.
