This is Jason from PrimeVision 360, and I want to give all of you a quick update regarding the recent VOD issues.
For those who experienced trouble accessing VOD, the update is now complete and VOD is officially back up, live, and running. You should be able to open it and download the app without any problems. We appreciate everyone who reached out — the heads up helps us stay on point.
But just so you know, you’ve never been without movies. This is exactly why BackupTV was created. BackupTV has movies, TV shows, and the same type of content you expect from VOD. It’s there so you always have a second option while updates or maintenance happen in the background.
We encourage everybody to explore both VOD and BackupTV so you don’t ever feel like you’re left behind. We’ve covered our bases — you just have to run the options we put in place for you.

Good evening Nico , I just received an email saying that the TV was back up. I tried to go to it and it keeps telling me that it’s an abnormal site I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled and I’m still getting the same thing and where would I find backup TV? Thank you, Madie.
