🔥 How to Install the Powerhouse 6 Apps

Platinum Devices Only

Confirm Your Device Compatibility

You must have a Prime Vision 360 Platinum device for this process to work.

These apps will not install correctly on any other device.

Step 1: Access System Update

1. From the home screen, go to the top row.

2. Slide across until you find System Update.

3. Click System Update.

4. Select OTA Online Update.

Step 2: Detect the Update

1. Click Detect.

2. Wait for the system to find the update.

Step 3: Download the Update

1. Once detected, click Download.

2. Allow the download to complete fully.

Step 4: Upgrade the Device

1. Click Upgrade after the download finishes.

2. Your device will restart automatically.

Step 5: Factory Reset (Required)

1. After restart, go to Factory Reset on the home screen.

2. Click it and follow all on-screen steps.

3. The device will reset again.

Step 6: Reconnect

1. Reconnect your Bluetooth remote control FIRST.

2. Then reconnect your Wi-Fi.

Step 7: Open the App Store

1. Go to the App Store.

2. You will now see 6 new Powerhouse apps.

Step 8: Activate Live TV

1. Open any of the new apps.

2. Inside the app, download the Live TV section.

3. Once complete, you can start watching.

⚠️ Tips for a Smooth Installation

• Keep your device plugged in during the process

• Use a stable Wi-Fi connection

• If no update is found, restart and repeat Step 2

• Take your time reconnecting after reset
