If you need help with your device, we’re here for you too! To ensure we can assist you as quickly as possible, please keep the following in mind:

- If your device is not under warranty or you’re not a member of the Player’s Club, a $25 service fee** will apply for troubleshooting assistance.

To avoid fees, we highly recommend using our Self-Help Portal to troubleshoot your device first.

Emails missing necessary details may be delayed or skipped, as we need complete information to assist you effectively.

How to Prepare for Support

When contacting us, please ensure you include the following:

1. **Confirmation** that you’ve performed a factory reset on your device. This helps us troubleshoot from a fresh start.

2. A **full picture** of your device’s home screen.

3. A **picture or video** of the app in question.

4. A **picture or video** showing the specific issue with the app.

5. A **brief description** of the issue.

Without this information, we won’t be able to move forward with your request, and your email may be overlooked.

The device is working fine. The issue is with the Stranger Things tv series in the A1 Vod because it has the wrong video for Season 1, episode 1. It had the correct video episode in my outdated device. However, in my updated device Season 1's, episode 1, is an interview of the writers and some of the actors in the series. I apologize if this is the wrong place to inform you of this but I can't figure out your updated email or where else to inform you that episode 1 is missing for Season 1.
