Having issues with your device

Having trouble with your PrimeVision 360 system? Let’s fix it.

Before we get started, let’s make sure we’re working from a clean slate.

🛠 Step One: Do a factory reset

Most issues are caused by old files or glitchy settings. A factory reset brings your device back to default mode and clears out anything causing problems.📍
