When it comes to customer service, to make things go a little bit faster, if you’re having an issue with your device, before we try to pinpoint the issue, we’re requesting that you factory reset the device. We will not proceed any further until you factory reset the device. This way we know we’re working with a clean slate and can assist you more effectively.
