What if I’m not as good with technology?
This device has a simple interface very self-explanatory. If you know how to use an android phone you won’t have any problems. But in any case, we have created a section here on our website with video tutorials to help you take full advantage of your device.

What internet speed do I need?
We have used this device with many different internet speeds. We have used it in hotels, campgrounds, with our phone data, and with slow internet. It works every time, but to get the best out of your device we recommend a minimum of 10 Mbps internet speed. It can work with a slower internet as well, but you might need to let the video load for a little bit.
